I couldn't be more pleased with your company. First, when I had a question about a particular dress, I called the order number and got a recording that someone would get back to me.... of course, as my experience has been with so many companies, I didn't expect anyone to return my call, or at the very least it would be several days. To my surprise and delight, a customer service representative returned my call within a few minutes and was able to answer my question. I later placed an order online for a dress for my 2 1/2 year old granddaughter, and it arrived within a couple of days! I put the dress on her to make sure it would fit and she loved it so much I couldn't get her to take it off!! It is an absolutely stunning dress and much more beautiful that I thought it would be for the great price! I will definitely recommend Formal Kids and I will be back to purchase more beautiful dresses in the future! Thanks so much for providing such outstanding service and quality products!

We bought a dress from you guys for my daughter for her school beauty pageant. I was a little hesitant because the price was so cheap, but when the dress came in I was VERY pleased. It was beautiful and she looked beautiful in it. And best of all, she won her pageant! She was crowned "Little Jr. Miss Panacea." Everyone commented on how beautiful her dress was. We're going to use it for another pageant in January that is being held at our local mall. I attached a picture of her in her dress. We'll definitely order from you again! Thanks!

I want to say THANK YOU for everything. Your dresses are absolutely GORGEOUS!!! This is my third order with you and each time I have been COMPLETELY satisfied. It’s always been a challenge to find NICE and AFFORDABLE infant dresses, but you have both. It was hard making a choice on just one dress. All of them were beautiful. As well the speedy service is a PLUS. Everywhere else I went it would take 7-14 days for delivery and there dresses were not in stock. How inconvenient is that. You are awesome in customer service and have always responded to my questions whether over the phone or through email very promptly. Comments: Hi, I am just letting you know that The dress I ordered on Friday arrived and it is beautiful. I called on Friday to see how long it woul take to get this dress and was amazed that it would not even take a week. I was frantic trying to get a dress on time for my daughters pageant, due to the fact that I ordered one 6months ago from another company and have yet to recieve it. Lisa was VERY helpful.
