disgusted with the dress when I received it. It looked nothing like it did

I am just writting to say thank you for your speedy shipping. I recieved our purchase the NEXT day, it was fantastic. The items are great and the on-line pictures were on the money. Thank you again and trust me..I'll be buying from you in the future.
Also your customer support number was a time saver. I called and recieved the information I needed to make the correct purchase...there was no guess work about size etc. It was all around fantastic. The only thing I would suggest is putting the measurements online.

I ordered a dress on 4/16 that was not in stock. I needed the dress this week to get it altered before the cut off time on Friday. Lisa, the Sales Manager emailed me list of dresses in my size 3x and color that were in stock and ready to ship. I was able to find the exact color and style of dress I needed. It arrived on 4/19 and looked exactly like the one advertised on line. I m EXTREMLY SATISFIED Formal Kids excided my expectations. I would recommend and continue to use Formal Kids in the future.
