In-stock Orders must be in by 2pm EST to ship the same day, otherwise they
will ship the next business day.

Once the package has been shipped any delays with customs or government
holds are not our responsibility. In these cases it is out of our control.
Please contact your local carrier or customs office for additional info as they
will be the ones to assist you further.
Ground Shipping is not a guaranteed shipping method, if trying to get a package
there by an exact date express shipping is required in order to guarantee arrival.
Ground shipping times are an estimated, and transit times may vary. Please
call to check arrival time frames prior to ordering.
Make sure address is correct, if an address change is needed or requested Cardholder
will be billed a $5.00 fee for this correction as UPS charges to change addresses
on packages once they have been shipped.
Please Note: For International rates the rates above do not include customs or duties which may be applied once it arrives. We will be happy to mark your items as low value but we do not know what will be imposed at the time of delivery nor do we see any of those funds so please do not contact us for rates or charges as this has nothing to do with us but with your local customs office.
APO Shipping Address are accepted and shipped via USPS Priority. Please choose the ground UPS Service if this shipping method is needed.
