Below terms apply to purchases made from our web site FormalKids.com billed
through our company Formal Spot.
ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL SALES. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.
HOWEVER, EXCHANGES CAN BE MADE ON SELECTED MERCHANDISE. EXCHANGES ONLY.
If for any reason an item does not fit we will be glad to exchange any unworn merchandise for a different size, or if desired another item in stock.
In Cases of Exchange, Customer must notify our Company within 5 days of receipt of merchandise.
All exchanges must be received back within 15 days of order, as dated on the sales receipt.
Credit Vouchers can & will be issued in cases where customer cannot find a replacement item.
Credit Vouchers do not expire, and can be used at customer's convenience.
In Cases of Exchange, Customer is responsible for all shipping and re-shipping fees.
Special Orders may be subject to additional shipping charges, in such cases, Customer will be notified.
In Cases of Exchange, if for any reason a style in unavailable, another style can be substituted at customer's request. Store credits can be used towards In Stock Items Only.
BRIDAL ACCESSORIES SUCH AS VEILS, GLOVES, TIARA'S, AND HEADPEICES ARE NON-EXCHANGEABLE.
Discounts & Promotions: Discount & Promotions of any kind will be applied to purchase total only. Does not apply towards shipping costs. Discounts will apply to In stock Items Only. It will not apply to Accessory Only Orders, Bridesmaid dresses, Mother of the Bride Dresses, Jr Bridesmaid Dresses, or Any of the MB Series Flowergirl Dresses, as these are all special order items. Discounts apply only during specified dates of the promotion and do not apply to prior purchases.
*ALL MERCHANDISE is subject to availability, Company will not be held responsible for sold out, or clearance merchandise. Anything that has to be ordered is subject to maker availability. If unavailable customer will be notified and no charges will apply to sold out or merchandise that it unavailable.
*Important To Note: We do not guarantee Dye Lots. If bridesmaid dresses are not ordered together in one group order colors may vary. We highly recommend ordering bridesmaid dresses within the same time period or week if possible, as waiting to order can cause dresses to come form different dye lots and vary slightly in color. If you have any questions regarding dye lots please phone in and we can assist you and give you recommendations on when to order to ensure coloring will be consistent for all girls in the bridal party. We would be happy to hold orders and once all bridesmaids have ordered put in the order for the entire bridal party at one time. Please phone in or email us with style number, brides name, and list of girls in bridal party.
**For Bridesmaid Dresses, Prom Dresses, Mother of the Bride Dresses, Junior Formals & All Adult Formal Gowns & Dresses: A 20% Re-Stocking fee applies to orders that want to be exchanged . Being these formals are a special order for the customer if they are returned to us and need to be exchanged for another style or size all exchanges will be deducted 20% Re-stock fee off their return. The 20% Re-Stock Fee will be subtracted from the total cost that was paid for the dress. If you have any questions regarding this please contact us with any questions or concerns prior to ordering. If you are unsure of sizing please contact us and we can help eliminate having to do an exchange by assisting with sizing questions!
*MB Series Flower Girl Dresses & EC Series Formals: are Non-exchangeable & Non-refundable. These are special order items. ( Meaning all dresses starting with these two letters: EX. MB596 , MB205, EC52, EC53 etc.) Please keep in mind these are dresses we do not normally stock and they have been specially ordered for you. Therefore we will not take them back. (For this Reason Measurements are required) These dresses cannot be discounted!
All Wholesale Purchases are a Final Sale. No Exchanges or Refunds will be given.

Cardholder Security is very important to our company as we maintain a strict verification process in order to ensure the cardholder info is kept confidential. In addition, Card Holder Address Verification is done on each transaction to maintain a fraud free transaction process.
Formal Spot has the right to cancel orders which do not pass the Card Holder Verification Process.

ORDER OF PAYMENT
We accept all Major Credit Cards, Debit, and Check Cards, as well as Money Orders, Western Union, and Money Grams, however shipping will be delayed until payment is received.
1. Orders, once placed cannot be canceled.
2. All merchandise in-stock will be shipped the same or next business day based on the time of day the order is placed and are subject to availability. Please Note: Shipping days are Monday-Friday Only & do not include any weekends. Carrier will be UPS.
3. For any merchandise not in stock, the average period for delivery can be two to three weeks. Dresses will state if they are not in-stock and in the case a dress has sold out since you have ordered you will be contacted immediately so that you can decide if you would like to cancel the order or choose form similar styles.
4. Back Order Items can take 4-6 weeks for delivery. Customer will be notified if items are backordered. Representatives can give you specific time frame on your order.
Company will not be held responsible for lost or stolen merchandise which has been left due to neglect to accept our Adult Signature Required option. In the event that this option was not selected and a package was stolen or missing customer is responsible in conducting a formal investigation with the carrier directly. Although we will be happy to assist and offer any information that is needed, we will not be held responsible for package left without a signature.

**Please Note: Make sure address is correct, if an address change is needed or requested Cardholder will be billed a $5.00 fee for this correction as UPS charges to change addresses on packages once they have been shipped.
- All shipping will be sent via US domestic,UPS Ground. Average delivery times can vary depending on location, however average delivery wait for next day shipment is 3-7 working days. UPS Residential Ground delivery dates are not guaranteed, thus for guaranteed-rush delivery, additional charges will apply.
- For International Orders additional freight charges will be added to your order based on the weight and destination. All international are shipped via USPS Global Express. Any customs transactions will be your responsibility. A street address and telephone number is required. UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box or an APO/FPO.
- We can ship next day and second day rush shipments if inventory is in stock, however additional freight charges will apply.
- Other forms of shipping may be requested: USPS or FEDEX, however our company cannot be held responsible for lost merchandise.
- Our company will not be held responsible for lost or stolen merchandise for packages delivered to APO/FPO mailing addresses past the point of delivery. Once the package has been released by USPS all obligations by our company are waived. Responsibility for retrieval of any lost packages is solely on the customer.
- We cannot guarantee any length of delivery time to APO/FPO addresses.
- All shipping charges are non-refundable. No shipping costs will be refunded under any circumstances.
- In case a package is lost or stolen please contact us for the carriers contact information so that an investigation can be conducted by the carrier. In the event that the carrier finds they are at fault and the package cannot be found a credit will be issued for any lost merchandise by the carrier. Please note we will not award any refunds for merchandise or shipping. This is up to the carrier who has lost the package and they are responsible for making refunds if they have been at fault.
- All Merchandise will be shipped from our authorized shipping location in Winter Garden, Florida.
Credit Cards will be billed through our company name, Formal Spot.
Please note the company name on your credit card or bank statements.
