Ground Shipping is not a guaranteed shipping method, if trying to get a package there by an exact date. Express Shipping is required in order to guarantee arrival. Ground shipping times are an estimated, and transit times may vary. Please call to check arrival time frames prior to ordering.
Make sure address is correct, if an address change is needed or requested, the cardholder will be billed a $10.00 fee for this correction (as UPS charges to change addresses on packages once they have been shipped).

We will be happy to mark your items as low value but we do not know what will be imposed at the time of delivery nor do we see any of those funds so please do not contact us for rates or charges as this has nothing to do with us but with your local customs office.
APO Shipping Address are accepted and shipped via USPS Priority. Please choose the ground UPS Service if this shipping method is needed.
