I received my order a couple of days ago and was amazed at the quality of the dress and other items I received. I was very leery about online ordering. I’ve only done it a couple of times and those weren’t the best experiences. I was amazed at how fast I got my shipment. I placed my order on a Friday and received it the following Tuesday, and the service that I have received has been amazing. I had several questions before I placed my order, so I emailed questions several times and Lisa the Sales Manager @ Formal Kids usually emailed me back within a couple of hours. I would recommend Formal Kids to anyone looking for speediness, good quality and outstanding service from a company.

The dress has been received and is beautiful. I was very surprised at how quickly it was received, and it fits perfectly - no alterations are needed. My 9 yr old daughter is extremely happy with the color and style, and I have no doubt she is "show it off" beautifully at her pageant. We received our order on yesterday and we were very pleased! I must
admit, I was a little hesitant to order the dress online without seeing
or trying it on first. The dress is just as pretty in person as it was
seeing it online. The size was perfect for my daughter. I was pleased
that the dress size was so accurate.

I just wanted to thank you all for such wonderful customer service! I ordered a girl's headpiece (in the color peach...which was hard to find since other companies didn't have them...until I found the perfect one on your site). I also ordered girl's dress shoes & infant boy's dress shoes, and an infant boy's suit. Everything is absolutely PERFECT!!!!
Now for the catch. I had previously ordered a flowergirl & bridesmaid dress from a different company, but I was given the run-around. They eventually informed me that they could not get me the dresses I had ordered from them! So...I turned to Formal Kids! I ordered 2 peach colored dresses (one for me & the other for my daughter). Again...peach is a hard to find color, but you all had it! I can't wait to get the dresses! Thanks again for amazing service and products!!!! I will definitely recommend Formal Kids to anyone and everyone! You had exactly what I needed at very reasonable prices! My daughter, son, and I will look great as the flowergirl, ring bearer, and maid of honor at my Mom's wedding!

I just wanted to let you know that I received my daughter's dress today and I am so excited! This dress is absolutely perfect! She had to have a coral formal dress because she is an attendant in a local festival. I have had a very difficult tie finding the color coral, and when I did find one it was going to take up to 12 weeks to get receive it. But, when i found this one, I ordered it on Saturday and received it on Thursday. It fits perfectly and is the perfect color! The customer service rep that I spoke to on the phone when I ordered this was absolutely wonderful too! I will definitely order from you again and recommend you to all of my friends and co-workers.
